The Avenir Clubhouse (the “Facilities”) is owned and operated by the Avenir Community Development District, a local unit of special purpose government established and operating pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes (the “District”). For questions regarding policies, membership and rentals, please contact the Clubhouse General Manager.
